What is the NOX Foundation?
The NOX Foundation is Maison TergaDo's philanthropic arm, providing funding, technology resources, and strategic support to organizations working at the intersection of education, technology, and community development. Established in 2025, the Foundation focuses on creating long-term impact through sustainable programs rather than one-time donations.
Mission: To expand access to quality education and technology skills in underserved communities, creating pathways to economic opportunity and long-term prosperity.
What We Fund
Educational Infrastructure
Funding for schools, libraries, and community learning centers to acquire technology, internet connectivity, and physical learning resources.
Teacher Training & Curriculum Development
Support for programs that train educators in technology integration, modern pedagogy, and student-centered learning approaches.
Technology Access Programs
Initiatives that provide devices, software, internet access, and technical support to students and families who lack resources.
Application Process
Review grant categories and eligibility requirements
Submit Letter of Inquiry (LOI) via online form
If invited, complete full application with budget and program plan
Foundation review and decision (typically 6-8 weeks)
If awarded, grant agreement and initial funding disbursement
