Technology for Profit. Impact for Purpose.

At Maison TergaDo, we believe that building great companies and creating social impact are not competing priorities. They are complementary goals. Through the NOX Foundation and our educational initiatives, we use the same technology, design, and operational rigor that powers our houses to create access, opportunity, and sustainable development.

Why Impact is Embedded, Not Separate

Many companies treat social responsibility as a marketing function. At Maison TergaDo, impact is embedded into our organizational structure.

Dedicated Resources

The NOX Foundation operates with its own budget, leadership, and strategic plan, not as an afterthought.

Technology Transfer

Innovations developed for our commercial houses are adapted and deployed in our impact initiatives.

Long-Term Commitment

We measure success in decades, not quarters. Impact projects receive sustained support.

Outcome Accountability

We track measurable outcomes (students served, learning gains, schools equipped) and report transparently.

Where the Work Happens

The foundation's programmes are rooted in the places the Maison actually operates, so the people running them are the people who live there.

Sri Lanka

Schools and engineering

The NOXE Smart Schools pilot and much of the Maison's engineering work are based here, run out of the Colombo office.

United Arab Emirates

Partnerships

Regional partnerships and funding relationships across MENA are held through the RAKEZ free-zone office.

United States

Capital and direction

Dallas carries capital allocation and strategy for the foundation, alongside the group's headquarters.

What We Count

Impact claims are easy to make and hard to check. These are the measures the foundation reports against, and we publish them once a programme has run long enough for the numbers to mean something, not before.

  • Students reached

Individual learners who complete at least one full session on AskNoxe or in a Smart School classroom.

  • Learning gains

Change in a student's own results over time, measured against where that student started rather than a national average.

  • Schools equipped

Sites with working devices, connectivity, and a trained teacher, all three, counted only when the classroom is actually running.

  • Cost per student

Total programme cost divided by students reached, reported openly so the figure can be argued with.

Join Us in Creating Opportunity

The foundation is small enough that a single introduction, device shipment, or afternoon of teaching changes what a term looks like. There are four ways to help.

Partner

Schools, ministries, and NGOs who want a Smart Schools classroom in their region.

Fund

Directed giving to a named programme, with reporting back on what it paid for.

Teach

Teachers and tutors who can give time to AskNoxe or to a classroom in the pilot.

Research

Researchers working on learning outcomes, access, or AI in education.
